Diagnostic Approach to Incidentally Detected
Pancreatic Cystic Lesions

A very practical review on diagnostic approach to pancreatic cysts, mainly focused on indeterminated cysts in which distinction between a mucinous and non-mucinous nature could not be reached by available imaging modalitites.

We have now the capability to perform needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy able to solve this important question in about 85% of the patients.
